Refund policy

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, with no fee. Gróa Pro keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again after it.

To cancel, go to Settings, then Gróa Pro and "Manage or cancel". You can also use the link in any Paddle receipt or write to support@vaki.chat.

Your first 14 days

If you are not happy with Gróa Pro within 14 days of your first payment, ask for a refund and your first payment is returned in full, whether it was for a month or a year. No reason is needed.

A yearly subscription renews once a year, and that is a large amount to be surprised by. So the same goes for every yearly renewal: ask within 14 days of it and it is refunded in full, no reason needed.

After the first 14 days

Monthly payments after the first 14 days are not refunded for a month that has already started. Cancelling stops the next charge.

If Gróa Pro was unavailable for a meaningful part of a period because of a fault on our side, write to support@vaki.chat and that part will be credited or refunded.

How refunds are paid

Paddle, the merchant of record for Gróa Pro, refunds to the card that was charged. It normally reaches your account within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

This is in addition to your rights under consumer law and takes nothing away from them.
